Copybook Publishing currently has an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Executives looking to join a well-established international brand in a fast growing environment. We are an expanding global business, offering excellent career development opportunities for a career driven and money-hungry sales executives.

Our Business Development Executives are a key part of growing our business. We are looking for ambitious, tenacious, articulate and resilient business professionals, with prior B2B experience advantageous.

Job Description
• Establishing new sales opportunities globally, building relationships, conducting online demonstrations and closing deals.
• Consistently growing your client base – 100% new business focused
• Source, target and win new business.
• Meeting and overachieving sales targets and KPI’s.
• Developing your understanding of our product, competitors and clients, enabling maximised sales and revenue generation.

Desired Skills and Experience
• Proven and impressive new business track record would be desirable.
• Previous B2B experience – advantageous but not essential.
• Another language would be a benefit, but not essential.
• Passion and determination to succeed are a must.
• Consultative sales experience would be an advantage.
• Proven success in a sales role dealing at MD level an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication and closing skills.
• Ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision and thrive both on own initiative and as part of a team.
• Credible and confident, with the gravitas to build relationships at senior management level.
• A good sense of business acumen and commercial awareness of the industry.
• The ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
• A resilient attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
